چکیده: 

در راستای سیاست های کلی محیط زیست، برای سیاستگذاری و ایجاد ساختارهای مدیریتی مناسب جهت حفاظت و پاسداشت زیستگاه های طبیعی (بخشی از منابع طبیعی تجدیدپذیر) و مسایل محیط زیستی (آلودگی ها)، ضروری است تا ضمن بررسی تاریخچه ساختار اداری و حقوقی نهادهای کنونی متولی طبیعت و محیط زیست، به کمیت و کیفیت مسوولیت آنها بیشتر دقت شود. این مقاله با روش بررسی توصیفی-تحلیلی، به دنبال آن است تا با واکاوی روند تاریخی، شرایط جاری و همچنین دیگر مدل های ساختارهای کنونی، الگوی مناسبی برای این نهادهای متولی پیشنهاد دهد. با توجه به تجربیات ساختارهای کنونی چه داخلی و چه خارجی، این پژوهش، دو ساختار مدیریتی جداگانه برای امور منابع طبیعی و مسایل محیط زیستی پیشنهاد می دهد که اولی به عنوان «وزارت زیستگاه ها» زیر نظر قوه مجریه، و دومی به عنوان «سازمان پایش محیط زیست» زیر نظر قوه مقننه است. نتایج پژوهش، با آشکارسازی تغییرات از گذشته تا به اکنون، می تواند یک منبع یاریگر برای ساختاربندی نهادی و حقوقی در جهت سیاست گذاری در افق توسعه پایا باشد. امید است ساختارهای مدیریتی پیشنهادی این پژوهش، راهگشایی برای تغییر نگرش و رویکرد اجرایی به موضوعات مرتبط با طبیعت و مسایل محیط زیستی باشند.

1زمینه: :   اصول اخلاقی کیفیت گزارشگری مالی را می توان بر حسب ویژگی های شفافیت، انصاف، امانت داری و صداقت اندازه گیری کرد که سازه های محیطی می تواند این اصول اخلاقی را تحت تاثیر قرار دهد. هدف تحقیق بررسی سازه های محیطی و اصول اخلاقی کیفیت گزارشگری مالی است. روش: روش تحقیق توصیفی- پیمایشی از نوع همبستگی است و از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر زمان مقطعی می باشد. جامعه پژوهش مدیران عالی و میانی شرکت های حسابداری در شهر تهران بود که تعداد 68 نفر با استفاده از نمونه گیری در دسترس به عنوان نمونه تحقیق انتخاب شدند.  ابزار گرداوری داده ها پرسشنامه  استاندارد بود  و از رویکرد مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری مبتنی بر حداقل مربعات جزئی با استفاده از نرم افزار pls برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها استفاده شد. یافته ها: نتایج حاصل از آزمون فرضیه های پژوهش نشان داد  بین رفتار اطلاعاتی سازه های محیطی با شفافیت، صداقت، امانت داری و انصاف رابطه معناداری وجود دارند زیرا مقدار معناداری خارج از محدوده(96/1±) بود. نتیجه گیری: هنگامی که رفتار اطلاعاتی سازه های محیطی در راستای صحیح خود قرار گیرد موجب ارتقای اصول اخلاقی گزارشگری مالی از طریق ایجاد شفافیت، صداقت، امانت داری و انصاف می شود که منافع ذی نفعان را در بر می گیرد.

Earnings management is defined as earnings manipulation by management to achieve a part of prejudiced expected earnings. This research evaluated the effect of Environmental structures on fraudulent reporting of companies by anticipating causal relationships between the structures of business environment change, long-term executive perspective, accounting experience, Organizational culture and corporate affairs, accepting prominent stakeholders, and fraudulent reporting. The population was top and middle managers and financial managers of the companies, and a standard questionnaire was used to collect data. Analyzes were based on a structural modeling approach after performing the reliability and validity tests of the sample data. The results showed that business environment changes, accounting experience, and the acceptance of prominent stakeholders negatively affected fraudulent reporting.

ABSTRACT The attention of contemporary planners to Environmental factors and increasing awareness and communication of man with his surrounding environment has increased the layers and defining factors of design and planning concepts. In such a way, a common problem with the issue of Environmental capabilities to respond was put in front of the planners. The collection of ideas presented in this era was in the form of responsive planning, focusing on the maximum use of Environmental capabilities. The necessity of the emergence of a comprehensive discourse to overcome the plurality of factors, definitions and design methods in the Environmental fields has been given less attention. Based on this, the current research aims to organize the leading theories in this field in a targeted manner and seeks to improve them based on their synergy. The structural question of this research is the meanings, examples and meaningful contexts of flexibility in various aspects and scales of urban planning. The research method used is qualitative thematic analysis with the help of artificial intelligence in MAXQDA software in a 6-step processing process. The important application of this research is to structure the minds of the planners of this field to reduce the scattered and interdisciplinary problems of the resources. The results of this research revealed dimensions such as identification and recognizability, diversity and changeability, adaptability and expandability, distribution, separation and continuity, organization and compatibility in the field of flexibility and related to the corresponding parts in urban planning   Extended Abstract Introduction Responsiveness-based design and planning emphasizing the maximum use of Environmental capacities to meet users' needs implicitly cause a targeted improvement of Environmental quality. As the Environmental awareness of contemporary man has expanded and the platforms have become more diverse, many challenges are raised in the field of environment-oriented in the field of infrastructure quality and service provision. Urban developments and new developments in cities should be interpreted with integrated conceptualization. The conceptualization of interpretive flexibility in the planning and designing of public spaces in the city is used as an interdisciplinary perspective in urban space design to open and discuss its connection and potential as an approach to strengthening social cohesion and inclusion. The general definition of flexibility is that it can create places with new forms of meaning and be used for different groups to strengthen its coherence and multidisciplinary inclusion in terms of design and planning of space and body. On this basis, the concept of flexibility is proposed as a principle in the context of design and planning due to its wide range of effects on background phenomena. The history of such a role can be seen in the diversity of users' needs. In such a way, it is impossible to express the specific time and area of the need to pay attention to this concept. This is in line with Oldenburg's theory of "social public spaces," in which being in public space, communicating with people and the environment through observing the streets, sidewalks, squares, and parks of the city is a necessary step for people as a part of their social life. The meaningfulness of the design of the artificial environment was considered. In any case, in the contemporary era, on the one hand, at the same time as the quantitative and qualitative increase of human Environmental awareness, there is no longer any phenomenon in the eyes of contemporary man arising from a unique aspect and range of factors. On the other hand, his life needs in the individual and collective dimensions have seen a high diversity, which has led to the formation of multiple semantic domains of past flexibility. The meaning of flexibility in such an interdisciplinary platform and basic design refers to the concept of understanding and responding quickly and efficiently to Environmental changes. Such a holistic definition for this broad field of Environmental design means the implicit acceptance of the role of scale in the meaningful domain of these concepts. On a macro scale, it means making design options to increase the presence, participation, and power of choices of users of the environment in participatory urban planning and design methods, and on a small scale, it means making design options to increase spatial quality and, as a result, the quality of activities. The daily activities of Environmental users are through selection against the "dominant space." Flexibility at different scales is crucial for dimensional optimization, shaping, and structuring spatial features, leading to improved performance of space components and spaces. The development of the concept of "flexibility" from various studies in metropolitan to micro scales, such as interior architecture, allows it to pass the discourse of responsiveness to provide a broad approach to Environmental design in which different values, interests, and priorities are prioritized. As a result, the issue of flexibility in Environmental design has been raised as a multi-dimensional field in the design and planning of the basic environment. The breadth and complexity of this concept have made the researchers of this field deal with it in one or more ways, and it has been avoided to provide a comprehensive framework about the nature and structuring processes. The current research presents a structured view of flexibility in architecture and urban planning with an Environmental approach.   Methodology The methodology to achieve this goal is to use the macro research method and achieve a comprehensive framework by combining categorized interpretations. In such a way that by sorting and categorizing these concepts and bases in a new way, he has found a new level of theoretical findings, which will be a suitable answer for the gaps in scientific knowledge and scientific methods created in this field. In this context, the research method "thematic analysis" has been used with a qualitative approach and the use of library resources. Also, to overcome the breadth and complexity of these concepts and the multi-layer networking of concepts in this research method, artificial intelligence has been used in MAXQDA research assistance software.   Results and discussion In the meantime, attention should also be paid to the fields of influence and application of the results of this research because designers refer to flexibility as the creator of Environmental qualities, including dynamism. Also, since flexibility, along with the principles of readability and adaptability, affect the lifestyle and behavioral patterns of the audience of Environmental design in architecture and urban planning, it will also be effective in dealing with the challenge of complexity in Environmental design factors. One of the key questions for achieving research goals on this issue is how flexibility in Environmental design impacts the relationship between flexibility and scale.   Conclusion The most important finding of this research suggests that first, it requires a focus on the conditions under which the processes of perceiving human abilities and discovering the needs of the human audience can manifest. The theoretical framework arises from a comparative approach between design disciplines. These conditions are independent of the final state of the design product, and strengthening the Environmental capacities will lead to a direction and an area that includes Environmental flexibility. By responding to new situations, the construction of the space and the body within a space building can be adapted to various configurations. Even though the environment may remain constant, the designed place will continue functioning as a strong living system over time.  It also seems that the nature of issues related to flexibility has complexity. Considering that the quality of flexibility in urban planning and architecture is significant in multilevel and multifaceted scales from micro to macro, it is important to pay attention to the scale of different variables. چکیده: 

This study focuses on the investigation of intelligent form-finding and vibration analysis of a triangular polyhedral tensegrity that is enclosed within a sphere and subjected to external loads. The nonlinear dynamic equations of the system are derived using the Lagrangian approach and the finite element method. The proposed form-finding approach, which is based on a basic genetic algorithm, can determine regular or irregular tensegrity shapes without dimensional constraints. Stable tensegrity structures are generated from random configurations and based on defined constraints (nodes located on the sphere, parallelism, and area of upper and lower surfaces), and shape finding is performed using the fitness function of the genetic algorithm and multi-objective optimization goals. The genetic algorithm's efficacy in determining the shape of structures with unpredictable configurations is evaluated in two distinct scenarios: one involving a known connection matrix and the other involving fixed or random member positions (struts and cables). The shapes obtained from the algorithm suggested in this study are validated using the force density approach, and their vibration characteristics are examined. The findings of the comparative study demonstrate the efficacy of the proposed methodology in determining the vibrational behavior of tensegrity structures through the utilization of intelligent shape seeking techniques.

Scour is a phenomenon that occurs as a result of natural erosion by ground water flow and transport of seabed material. In this research, scour around the legs of marine structures is simulated using the FLOW3D.V.9.3TM commercial software. The general scour model consists of two components, namely, the lift and thrust forces. The drag force, that is inserted to the structure, is a combination of those two components. As the sediment concentration equals the volume fraction of cohesion, the drag force that determines the rigidity of the sediment model, is activated. Also, as the sediment concentration changes, the viscosity and density of the fluid changes. The numerical model used in this research is similar to the experimental set-up that was performed in a sedimentation tank two meters long, 1.5 m wide and 0.3 m high; while the sandy sediment particle diameter was 0.084 cm. The numerical model implements an RNG turbulence model. After the studies, the time to reach equilibrium in the model was 100 seconds. The relative error between experimental and numerical scour depth is about 10 percent. Scour depth was determined for legs with circular and elliptic as well as for rectangular base shapes with different aspect ratios. Numerical results indicate that the scour depth decreases for the more streamlined elliptic base shapes. Also, the effect of water depth on scour depth, while all other parameters are kept constant, is a linear relationship. Finally, as sediment particle diameter increases, scour depth decreases.

در این تحقیق، شرایط آب وهوایی بر بازده توربین بادی با رویکرد اگزرژی بررسی شده است. سرعت باد در دو منطقۀ آب وهوایی مختلف ایران با فاصلۀ تقریبی 1200 کیلومتر به نام های اردبیل و مروست بررسی شده است. تراکم انرژی باد اردبیل برابر با 66 کیلووات بر متر مربع و مروست برابر با 123 کیلووات بر متر مربع است. تولید برق با استفاده از توربین بادی 10 کیلوواتی در منطقۀ اردبیل MWh 3/2 و در منطقۀ مروست MWh 2/3 در سال است. بیشترین راندمان اگزرژی توربین بادی در منطقۀ اردبیل 48/0 و بیشترین راندمان اگزرژی در منطقۀ مروست 18/0 است. میزان کاهش تولید گاز CO2 با استفاده از توربین بادی در مقایسه با نیروگاه های گازی و دیزلی در اردبیل 1/1 و 1/2 تن و در مروست 5/1 و 9/2 تن در سال است. این میزان کاهش گاز گلخانه ای CO2 در سال برابر است با استفاده از یک منطقۀ جنگلی 1000 متر مربع تا 3000 متر مربع. با توجه به این بررسی می توان نتیجه گرفت که علاوه بر سرعت باد، رطوبت هوا نیز نقش بسزایی در انتخاب، نصب و راه اندازی توربین بادی در منطقه دارد. با توجه به این بررسی می توان دریافت که در منطقۀ اردبیل با سرعت کمتر باد، توربین بادی بازده اگزرژی بالاتری نسبت به منطقۀ مروست دارد و می توان نتیجه گرفت که توربین بادی در منطقۀ اردبیل عملکرد بهتری داشته است.

IN THIS PAPER, WE TRY TO COMBINE THE RESULTS OF FOUR CASE STUDIES THAT DESCRIBE THE COMMON FEATURES OF THE ENVIRONMENT. ALL FOUR STUDIES RELATED TO MARINE structures BUILT IN THE PERSIAN GULF COASTAL AREAS, SO THEIR RESULTS CAN BE USED IN OTHER SIMILAR PROJECTS IN THESE AREAS. THESE STUDIES FIRST EXPLAIN POLLUTION IN THE PERSIAN GULF AND THEN DESCRIBE THE EXPERIENCES OF FOUR PROJECTS. ACCORDING THE RESULTS OF THESE STUDIES, A NUMBER OF SOLUTIONS ARE CHOSEN. THIS PAPER TRIES TO EXPRESS THE EXPERIMENTS IN THE FIELD OF CONTROLLING THE POLLUTION RESULTED FROM DREDGING, OIL POLLUTION, OILY WASTES AND SALTY WASTEWATER OF THE VESSELS. THE SOLUTIONS PRESENTED IN THIS PAPER ARE FROM AMONG GENERAL SOLUTIONS OF THE GIVEN RESOURCES AND ARE IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE INTERNAL SITUATION OF THE COUNTRY.

Present work focuses on the synthesis strategies for different CuO nanostructures along with associated formation mechanisms and their interesting fundamental properties, and promising applications in biological and Environmental remediation. We present a variety of synthesis techniques for producing diverse types of CuO nanostructures with various morphologies such as nanoparticles, nanoleaves, nanotubes, and nanoflowers. The effect of synthesis parameters on manipulating the nanoscale features along with the associated growth mechanisms for these unique morphologies is also discussed. The surface, electronic and optical properties of these nanostructures is also detailed. The photocatalytic and antimicrobial applications of these nanostructures are systematically introduced and summarized. Congo red and Malachite green organic dyes were degraded by these CuO nanostructures and it was found that CuO nanoflowers are more favorable for the degradation of Congo red and Malachite Green due to their higher surface sites and surface defects. Overall, in addition to size, morphology has a significant effect on the properties and applications of nanomaterials. The synthesized novel hierarchical CuO nanostructures with large surface areas and carefully defined surfaces are best suited for treating industrial effluents.
